Terms of Service | UI Faces

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://uifaces.co or using the plugins, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. About the Services

UI Faces provides a curated collection of AI-generated avatar images and related tools for use in UI/UX design and prototyping. Services include a website and plugins for third-party design tools. A selection of premium image collections is also available for purchase. Features and availability may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Permitted Use and License

UI Faces grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the available images and tools for design mockups and prototyping, including commercial client work. Free images are intended for design and prototyping use only and may not be deployed in live, public-facing applications. Extended commercial rights for live and production use are available exclusively through the purchase of a paid collection (see Section 5). The following restrictions apply to all use regardless of tier:

Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing images as standalone assets or as part of a competing product.
Using images to impersonate real individuals, create fake profiles, or engage in deceptive activity.
Bulk downloading via automated means.
Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from any part of the Services.

This license terminates automatically upon any breach and may be revoked by UI Faces at any time.

4. AI-Generated Images

Avatar images are generated by third-party AI services and hand-curated by UI Faces. UI Faces makes no representations regarding the likeness of generated images to real individuals. The underlying AI providers may have their own usage policies; you are responsible for reviewing those terms for any restrictions specific to your use case.

5. Paid Collections

Purchasing a premium image collection grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the images in that collection for both personal and commercial purposes, including in live, public-facing products and applications. The restrictions in Section 3 against redistribution, resale, impersonation, and use in competing products still apply. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided once content has been made accessible, except in cases of duplicate charges or technical failures preventing access. To report such an issue, contact hi@uifaces.co within 7 days of purchase.

6. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

UI Faces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to UI Faces in the twelve months preceding any claim.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our plugins operate within platforms such as Figma and Adobe Express. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. UI Faces is not responsible for any changes or interruptions to those platforms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
